We require proof of vaccinations from your vet for the following prior to your stay:

- Feline Panleucopaenia & Leukaemia (feline infectious enteritis) - must be boosted every 3 years after the initial booster.

• Cat Flu (Herpes Virus and calicivirus) - need to have been boosted annually. 

All cats must have completed their primary course of vaccines at least 4 weeks prior to staying with us (which means our minimum age is 15 weeks). 

Cats over the age of 14months must have had an annual vaccination booster in the past 12months.

Vaccinations must be valid for at least the duration of their stay. This information must be inputted into our booking tool. We also ask that you treat for worms and fleas prior to your stay. Any guest who demonstrates symptoms of fleas or worms will have to be collected immediately by yourself or your emergency contact. Please speak to your vet for advice on the best products for your beloved cat

You must provide enough food for your cats stay. We dont provide food in the best interests of your cat.

Please bring your cat’s favourite items: bed and/or blanket and toys.

When booking your stay you are agreeing to abide to our terms and conditions below:

- Please complete all the information in our booking tool and sign the digital waiver

- Once you receive your booking confirmation email with a payment link you are required to pay a 40% deposit. 

- A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required to cancel your booking without incurring any costs. 

- Drop off a collection times are detailed below. Late charges of £5 for every 15minutes past your drop/collection time will be added to your booking.
