- Any cat or dog that does not meet our policy will not be able to board with us
Cancelations
- If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of your stay then we are within our rights to take the balance if we cannot fill the space. We will always try to fill the space on your behalf. Deposits are to be paid once you receive the confirmation email, they are none refundable .
Payment
The full balance must be paid prior to arriving for your stay
